  • Ducks Bill Signed into Law
    Today, Governor Walker signed Senate Bill 67, amending the statutory exception allowing the popular Wisconsin Dells tour vehicles greater access to our roadways.

    The Wisconsin State Legislature has proclaimed May 2013 as Youth Traffic Safety Month. Representative Joan Ballweg (R-Markesan) introduced the resolution, brought to local legislators by the Green Lake High School SADD Chapter.
  • Legislation Updating Ducks Tour Statutes Passes
    Today the Wisconsin State Assembly passed Senate Bill 67, allowing the Wisconsin Dells Ducks tours to travel on state highways up to five miles. Current law allows these vehicles to travel on highways for a distance up to two miles.
  • Donate Life Budget Motion Adopted by JFC
    The Joint Committee on Finance (JFC) adopted a budget motion to include a $2 Donate Life check-off on the state driver’s license application. Proceeds of these donations would benefit Donate Life Wisconsin.
