Representative Ballweg authors technical change
 
Madison – Representative Joan Ballweg (R- Markesan) joined Senator Luther Olsen and Governor Walker to sign AB 113 into law.
 
The bill changed the statutory definition of the boundaries between Green Lake and Marquette counties to match what the counties and landowners already recognize.
 
“I was happy to be able to resolve this technical change for our local government,” states Ballweg.  “I would like to thank Jerry Smart, surveyor for Marquette County, for bringing this to our attention.”
