Blue Books and pamphlets entitled How a Bill Becomes a Law are tools available to you to help you understand the legislative process and government operations.  You may request these materials through my office any time by calling my office toll-free 888-534-0050.  An online version of the Blue Book is available as well as an online version of How a Bill Becomes a Law.
