Welcome to my e-update

Thank you for taking the time to read this week's e-update. I always strive to include information you find interesting and informative as it relates to my work in Madison and the 60th Assembly District.

My most important goal remains serving you, my constituents. Helping you find solutions to difficult problems when it seems like the state is unresponsive is the single greatest reward for my staff and me. I take constituents' input seriously and continually work hard on your behalf.

I always have your thoughts and concerns in mind when deciding whether or not to support legislation. Furthermore, I appreciate when you take time out of your schedules to contact me.

Have a great week,

2019-21 Spring Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who responded to my 2019-21 Spring Survey. My office received 747 completed surveys and a few more still trick in every week. It was a pleasure to hear from you; I very much appreciate and value your input. Constituent feedback is the essence of representative government. Furthermore, transparency with my constituency is a foremost priority and my spring survey affords me with the opportunity to better represent you, the residents of Wisconsin's 60th Assembly District. For those who have yet to take the survey, you can do so by visiting my website; I value your input and look forward to reading your responses.

This survey was an informal mechanism for ascertaining feedback from you, the residents of Wisconsin's 60th Assembly District, on a wide range of consequential issues. Please recognize that this was not a scientific or randomly conducted survey.  As such, the data contained in the following graphs are a close approximation based on the surveys received by my office. Some individuals chose to answer only a few questions, whereas others completed the entire survey.

Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who provided input on automatic voter registration. In total, 134 individuals answered last week's survey question. Sixty-eight percent of survey respondents were opposed to making voter registration automatic.

Conversely, just thirty percent of respondents supported moving to an automatic voter registration system.
