You can copy and paste your Press Release content into this section.  Keep in-mind that if you're copying it over from Word, you may need to work on formatting it correctly once the content is in here.

Another method is to copy the content from Word into Notepad to strip-out any excess formatting information that Word uses, then to copy that data from Notepad into this section.  This leads to a much cleaner conversion, but will also force you to reformat the document to your liking -- it also forces you to re-add the images if you have any, but that's typically not an issue with Press Releases.
