This week the Assembly Mental Health Committee heard a bill from Rep. Mark Born (Beaver Dam) that would help those seeking emergency mental health care be quickly taken to a mental health facility without harming the patient.

As chair of the Assembly Mental Health Committee, it's important for bills to be heard in a public hearing that could help those with mental health issues

Meeting with Tech Representatives about Electronic Recycling

Too many people leave their old electronic devices, such as TV's and computers, on the side of the road because there isn't an efficient way of disposing them. That's why yesterday I spoke with representatives from Hewlett Packard (HP) to discuss better ways to recycle our old electronic devices.
