Hello,
My lemon law bill covering implements of husbandry for Wisconsin farmers was heard this week in the Assembly Committee on Consumer Protection. Under this bill, if a farmer has a repeating defect with their implement of husbandry, they can send it back to the manufacturer for it to be fixed. If it can't be fixed, the manufacturer sends them a check for a full refund.
The bill now needs to be voted on out of committee, where it will then be sent to the Assembly floor to be voted on.

My friend Tom Freis, a farmer from Newton, made the trip down to also testify. He has helped me out a lot to get this bill to this stage in the legislative process. Thank you for the help! You did a great job testifying!
Tom's wife Janice made the trip down with him. I was happy to show both of them my office and the Capitol. Please stop by again anytime!
