Foxconn Purchase of Facility Will Provide 200 Jobs in Green Bay

Madison: Representative Paul Tittl (R-Manitowoc) made the following comments after attending today’s Green Bay press conference in which Foxconn announced expansion of its Wisconn Valley Innovation Network by purchasing a six-story building in Green Bay:

“Today’s exciting news is an example of how the Foxconn network is creating opportunities throughout Wisconsin;

“Wisconsin is known for having talented and hardworking people, and this Foxconn initiative in Green Bay will provide 200 additional high-tech jobs;

“Wisconsin continues to head in the right direction. I am pleased to see Foxconn creating economic opportunities for people in northeast Wisconsin and across our great state.”

Yesterday, Foxconn broke ground on its $10 billion advanced manufacturing campus in Racine County which is expected to create up to 13,000 direct jobs, 22,000 indirect jobs, and another 10,000 construction jobs annually.
