Wisconsin American Legion Names Rep. Goyke “Legislator of the Year”
The Wisconsin American Legion named Rep. Evan Goyke (D-Milwaukee) as the organization’s “Legislator of the Year” at their annual convention in Oshkosh. Rep. Goyke was recognized for his legislative accomplishments and advocacy on behalf of Wisconsin veterans and their families.

The University of Wisconsin – Madison recently received a three year federal grant from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture to initiate the creation of a School for Urban Agriculture.
Rep. Goyke Appointed to Juvenile Corrections Study Committee
Last week State Rep. Evan Goyke (D-Milwaukee) was appointed to the Juvenile Corrections Study Committee created under 2017 Act 185, which brings important reforms to Wisconsin’s juvenile corrections system.
