The City of Milwaukee announced today that due to the lack of poll workers for the Tuesday, April 7th Election there will now only be FIVE in-person polling locations open on Election Day.

Election Day Voting:

If you are a constituent of the 18th Assembly District, in person voting on Tuesday, April 7th will be held at one of two locations:

 

Washington High School (2525 N. Sherman Blvd.) will house wards in:

District 15 (Alderman Russell Stamper) 

District 10 (Alderman Michael Murphy)

District 7 (Alderman Khalif Rainey)

 

South Division High School (1515 West Lapham Blvd.) will house wards in:

District 4 (Alderman Robert Bauman)

 

Find your polling location based on your Aldermanic District:

I recognize some of our neighbors may not know who their Alderperson is. If you have questions or need help identifying your Aldermanic District please click HERE for information and mapping to help assist you.

Absentee Ballot Drop Off:

If you have requested and received an absentee ballot the City Election Commission has set up in-person ballot drop-off sites for those who wish to mail their ballots to avoid any mail delays. I have included these sites and operating hours below.

 

City of Milwaukee Voters Only - Absentee Ballot Drop-off

Every Day from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Through April 13, 2020

 

City of Milwaukee voters who have completed their absentee ballot with certificate envelope can drop it off at any of the locations below.  Election Commission staff are available to witness voter signatures.

Drive-Up Voting

The city of Milwaukee has expanded their weekend hours for drive-up voting at Zeidler Municipal building downtown:

  • This weekend only, Saturday (4/4) and Sunday (4/5) drive-up hours have been expanded to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Still Need to Register To Vote?

If you have not registered yet to vote there are still avenues available for you to register and participate on Election Day by registering in person at your polling location. Please click HERE to learn more about how to register to vote and what identification documents will be required. Please note that Voter ID is in effect and is required to vote.
