Goyke Introduces "The Wisconsin Veterans Farm Bill of 2017"
Wisconsin has a strong
tradition of its citizens serving our nation in uniform and returning
home to be leaders in their respective communities. Many of these
Wisconsin veterans are now farmers and play an integral role in the
economic success of our state.
While we
don't have large farms in Milwaukee, we are growing food throughout the
City and my hope and intent is to support Urban Agriculture within our
Veteran community.
