Opportunities for leadership roles are also available. These roles develop on the basis of experience and can include leading an audit team or developing specialized skills in a specific area, including information technology auditing, data analyses, or compliance auditing.

We emphasize professional development by providing financial assistance for successful attainment of professional certifications and internal training on topics essential for auditing and evaluation. Our financial audit work is considered to be qualifying experience for CPA certification. Our training program also provides sufficient opportunities to fulfill ongoing CPA continuing education requirements.

New performance evaluators, financial auditors, information technology auditors, and compliance auditors experience an intensive onboarding process, which involves a mixture of orientation, formal and informal training, and a mentoring relationship with a more experienced staff member.
